Hi everyone, I’m looking for another flatmate for my home in Massey. It’s a standalone, single-level house with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom + separate toilet. The kitchen is nicely renovated, it also has a comfy living space, and a laundry in the garage. There’s also a nice sunny deck, outdoor garden space, and parking available on the driveway.

The house is located in a quiet and sunny location 2 minutes drive from the Royal road motorway offramp, and 5 minutes drive from Westgate or Henderson shops. There’s also a nice park right next door.

The available bedroom is a bit small so probably best suited for a king-single bed (note that the room is unfurnished but I’m using the real-estate photo with the bed to help show the size). It has a decent size built-in wardrobe and a nice view out to a tree-covered creek.

Bedroom 1 is occupied by me, I’m a 27 year old full time working engineer. A bit of a nerd who spends too much time on the computer but I’m also a car/bike guy. I have a small dog who’s very energetic, so I’m looking for a flattie who’s an animal lover.

Bedroom 2 is occupied by a friendly 27 year old male, also full time working professional. We’re both pretty social and enjoy a good chat and a couple of beers on fri/sat, but also value personal space and a calm, quiet, clean living environment.

$170 per week + $30 for utilities. Long term flatties preferred. No smokers sorry. Small dogs are negotiable if they’re well trained and get on well with my dog.
