This is a two storied home in the bush. It is quiet and private. There is off street parking available. There is a resident cat and free ranging chicken. It’s a lovely place to come home to in the evening after a busy day. You’ll need your own transport. The location is 12 minutes from Henderson on one side and 12 minutes from Glen Eden on the other. The upstairs bathroom will become private once the downstairs bathroom is completed. Would suit someone independent, clean and tidy and someone who enjoys peace and quiet, nature and birds.

I am in my 50s and work locally. I sometimes have my partner here on weekends or I’m away on adventures. I’m not big on television, but there is a space upstairs to have your own lounge area if you like.
