Double room available for rent in Maunu. Very close to the hospital. Relatively new house with nice views from the deck and located in a quiet area. Looking for someone who is clean, tidy and working full time. Room has a bedframe and can provide mattress if needed. All bills included apart from bathroom/kitchen cleaning products and you have to provide your own food. No party house! No smokers and no pets allowed!

Three working fully time professionals. I (the landlord) work from home, another male and female. We are in our thirties. We enjoy social evenings, having a drink or meal together and a movie night every now and then.
