The room is comfy and easy to settle into, and you’ll have your own toilet with mirror and wash basin, with the main bathroom and shower shared with myself. The house is double-glazed, so it stays nice and warm in winter and cool in summer. There’s a spa pool to chill out in, a backyard for enjoying the sun, and off-street parking if you need it. We’re in Burwood, a quiet area that’s close to parks, the beach, local shops and handy routes into the city — peaceful but still close to everything.

It’s just me living here — I’m fun, easy-going and keep things pretty relaxed. I also have three cats, so a love of cats is a must!
