The property has been going through light renovations, such as painting and repairs. The main bathroom is about to go through some minor renovation over the next few weeks and the lounge/dining is currently being furnished.

Currently two males between 30 to 35. One is the home owner who is a a photographer & video producer and the other works full time in warehouse stock control.
