Nicely renovated and fully furnished room with walk in wardrobe and own bathroom in quiet townhouse in Papatoetoe. Walking distance to Middlemore Hospital and easy , walkable access to Southern and Eastern Train Lines as well as Bus to Onehunga Interchange and Manukau Centre. Lots of outdoor space and sunny deck. And there’s Elfie the cat. 🐈‍⬛ I usually rent the room on a short term basis but am open to longer term for the right person. Perfect for someone relocating from overseas to find their feet , I can give you all the infos and insider tips for starting out in NZ. As a homeowner I take pride in keeping my home clean, tidy , well looked after , and in prestine condition and I’m looking for someone who feels the same.
