The flat comes with a shared living room, study, kitchen, bathroom and a garage. The house has wide windows in every room with nice views and a good amount of sunlight, while the living room is equipped with a fireplace that makes the place cosy and warm in winter. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are included in the kitchen and the laundry room and the garden leaves ample of space to dry clothes outside as well.

The flat is located in the middle of the peninsula with cafes like Swimsuit and the Larder cafe in walking distance. The next supermarket is 5 minutes by car or bus and 15 minutes walking distance.

You would be living with a woman and a man, both in their 20s who work in Miramar and love doing movie nights. We are always keen for a nice chat and a positive environment.
