The available room is on the ground floor facing west so gets all-afternoon sun, It is one of four on this floor sharing a bathroom; three others on second level sharing another bathroom. The house is located on a rear section, which is fully fenced so is very quiet, and very secure. There is plenty of off-street secure parking (on concrete) and there are 3 bicycles for Roomies’ personal use, also a lock-up shed. The house is double glazed and fully insulated including underfloor.
