The property isn’t a palace but it’s all set up and you would share with one other female, me, the owner and a marketer amongst other things. I am in my 50s and have had a masters student here for the last year, we enjoyed each others company when we saw each other.. which wasn’t that often. Mt Eden is really central with a great community vibe, tennis club, art groups amongst being $2.36 bus trip into Britomart!
