About the room

The room up for grabs is a small sized bedroom with a single wardrobe. Bedroom will come unfurnished. And shared bathroom with two other flatmate. Rent will be $160 P/W and utilities are seperate and calculated at the end of every month. Bond is $640 ( 3 weeks rent, plus first weeks rent) We are located just around the corner from Dinsdale Woolworths aswell as the Dinsdale shopping centre. And we have off parking available. House is located in a very quiet area with a park right next door.

About the roomies

All flatmates are full time workers in their early 20s, we are all very busy and enjoy a peaceful and quite house. We are not a party house but always enjoy a few drinks!! There’s much more I could say, if you want to know more just ask :)
