Ideally looking for two friends or siblings to fill the rooms. This house is perfect for people who are studying, seasonal workers or on a working holiday but long term welcome also!
This room comes furnished with a queen bed, a set of drawers, bedside table and a single wardrobe.
Prime location in Otumoetai, 5 minute walk to supermarket and shops. Only a 10 minute drive to the mount.
Couples welcome also- rent for a couple would be $320 for this room- the room is rather small so may be a bit of a squeeze.
Myself (Rachel, female, 31) nurse, amateur CrossFitter, social, enjoys a nap after work. Always down for a movie night/ flat dinner.
