The room is located in a Mount Victoria townhouse, pretty close to some major bus routes, supermarkets, within 60sec of good cafes/good coffee, and a short stroll to Oriental Bay. It’s not an overly large room, but it’s cozy and it comes with a double bed, desk, chair, built in wardrobe, etc.
Ideally looking for someone short-medium term, but this is negotiable. Available from next week.
Current flatmates are two ladies in our mid-20s-30s, and one elderly dog.
Both are working professionals.
