Rent is $420 per fortnight. Room can come with double bed and room has built in closet. There is plenty of off-street parking available, and a bus stop is only about a 5-minute walk away. Kope is roughly a 10-minute walk away. The house has both a heat pump and a fireplace, so it stays nice and warm during winter. There’s also a deck out the back that gets great afternoon and morning sun.

There’s three of us in the house at the moment, all between 19 and 30. It’s a pretty cruisy, friendly vibe — we’re always up for a yarn but also respect each other’s space and downtime. We’re on the lookout for someone to fill the room who’s tidy, pulls their weight with keeping shared spaces clean, and is generally easy to live with.
