Kia Ora everyone! Looking for two long-term flatmates to sublet rooms at a quality property in Dunedin NZ. Musician-friendly property. Must be okay with occasional noise: I am a musician. Rent would be 275/week. 500 for couple sharing room. Utilities separate, split three-ways: propane stove, heat pumps in rooms. Fiberoptic internet. Utilities are expected to run about $400-500 total a month (approx. $150/person). The owner is reserving garage for storage, but there is room on site for up to 3-cars parking in driveway. Available now! Two people have moved in currently. Extra shared studio room for storage/other usage (art studio, drawing room, exercise/yoga etc). Year-long lease preferred. Good distance to neighbors for unfettered privacy. House is well insulated, triple brick, double glazed windows. Grounds to be maintained by owner: Property is semi-furnished, and includes whiteware, bed, some cabinetry. Located about a 10-min drive from Dunedin town center, and 5-minute drive from Otago University. Proximity to tracks/bus routes for public transit. Ideal for working graduate students/mature applicants. Not a party house! But, open to sharing movie nights/dinners/building community amongst tenants :)

About me: I am 34, new to the area, recently relocated from the States. I am a musician/artist with a studio (multi-instrumentalist) working in Dunedin at the local hospitals in the medical field.
