The room is very spacious and flooded with natural light. This room can comfortably fit a super king bed, side tables and a large chest of draws (as seen in the photo).

There are two other rooms, a large kitchen, spacious living/dining room and one shared bathroom. The property is very secure with a key pad on the front door as well as on each bedroom door.

Location is great for students and work in the city, both walkable distance.

I will be leaving the property to move up to Auckland for work. There are two other 19 year old girls in the house, both in their second year of University. One studying architecture and the other Law. They are kind, inviting individuals that really enjoy meeting and getting along with new people. They love to socialise whether that be cooking dinners together or even a spontaneous wine night!
