About the room
Quiet neighbourhood, very friendly. We have reasonable yard that is fully fenced in so a dog could be negotiable. 3 bedroom house currently only occupied by a couple who have an ensuite so you will have the main bathroom to yourself.
We plan on leaving the 3rd bedroom spare so the house will feel relaxed.
About the roomies
We are a couple aged 27 and 28 so we are looking for someone roughly that age. We are both active people and would be happy with either someone who keeps to themself or someone who is keen to hang out. We both work and are clean and tidy people.
