A lounge, kitchen, bathroom, garage and a big backyard with vegetables garden to help yourself with. I’m looking for students, a working couple or two working people that can accommodate the place while I’m away for work. You need a $265 if you’re a individual moving in or couple for $380 on a spot to move in. All bills included. Power, internet & rubbish. You must be tidy and respectful to the place. The house is furnished. The place is perfect for students, working couples, or working individuals.

I’m a Horticulture contractor. I normally will be the one live at the place but my work involves me to travel around the country so therefore I do need boarders to accommodate the place while I’m away.
