The house is a minute walk distance to Papamoa Island Fashion mall plus a minute walk away from the domain beach Papamoa. Itā€™s a two bedroom house. A lounge, kitchen, bathroom, garage and a big backyard with vegetables garden to help yourself with. Iā€™m looking for students, a working couple or two working people that can accommodate the place while Iā€™m away for work. You need a $265 if youā€™re a individual moving in or couple for $380 on a spot to move in. All bills included. Power, internet & rubbish. You must be tidy and respectful to the place. The house is furnished. The place is perfect for students, working couples, or working individuals.

Iā€™m a Horticulture contractor. I normally will be the one live at the place but my work involves me to travel around the country so therefore I do need boarders to accommodate the place while Iā€™m away.
