House is light, bright & roomy and less than 1 min from Pt Chev beach, cafe and park.

The communal areas are spacious & cosey. The kitchen has lots of room with plenty of cupboard space & a lovely bright dining area. There are 2 large balconies with a small view of the water and beautiful sunsets.

You will have your own downstairs area with a small lounge/living space to set up however you like. You have doors that open up to a sunny patch of lawn, your own entrance with one door leading to the beach and the other right to the cafe & park. Both are 30 seconds from the house.

Room is large with a massive double wardrobe that also has a shelf

We have ample storage in the garage for bikes, boards, anything you have.

Main living area & kitchen are upstairs and the laundry is downstairs. Shared bathroom and separate toilet.

Two females - 1 40+ self employed working flexi hours, friendly, tidy and considerate. The other is based o/s and will be returning so another new flatmate will join a few weeks after you.
