Cosy room, queen bed, double wardrobe, new carpet & blinds. Peaceful living. Close to walkway. Shops & ocean. 5 minutes to CBD. Sea views, garden & drive on access. Professional, motivated and layed back. I live upstairs and one guy down stair. We do our own thing and respect others. If you are interested please message alittle about you, it all helps.. O)

Home is furnished with sea view. In main part of house you mainly share with 1 guy, you’ll see me now & again but I leave you guys to do your own thing. Looking for relaxed person that is in full time work with interests. Someone that enjoys a peaceful environment, great place to recharge!
