Have 2 of 3 spare rooms to fill in our duplex home. Features include, kitchen, laundry, bathroom, toilet, and living room. It has heat pump, insulation, healthy homes compliant etc. Currently making small improvements and painting throughout so bedrooms will be available as they are redecorated. Its pretty separate from our space, but not separate enough to be suitable as a standalone rental. New at this roomie thing so will negotiate what’s included in cost for the right people in terms of services and furnishings.

I’m 44 and my wife is 41. We pretty much keep to ourselves. I’m interested in woodworking, gardening, cooking, reading. We own the place and aren’t going anywhere, so looking to end up with a bunch of grumpy old men who want to settle down. I work from home.
