3 bedroom house, the other room is used as my home office. The room for rent is a large furnished room. House is a couple min from the beach. Nice and quiet. Parking and pretty open. $500 bond and 2x weeks in advance.

About the roomies

I am 38 years old work full time and travel alot for work.when I’m home very chill. Looking someone to rent the spare room who is easy to get on with can clean up after themselves and not overly loud or partying all the time. Would rather someone that also works fulltime. Have to be pet and kid friendly as I babysit my family dogs alot and have family over when I’m home.
