Sunny Double Room in Modern Bayview Home – $225 incl.

We have a double room available in our modern two-storey home in Bayview. It’s a tidy, comfortable place with a relaxed feel, good shared spaces, and plenty of natural light.

The room is $225 per week, including utilities and bills, with access to a shared bathroom. The flatmate you would currently be sharing the bathroom with is due to move out on 18 August 2026, so the bathroom arrangement may become more private after that.

The home is well looked after and has a peaceful deck area, perfect for a coffee, a bit of sun, or some quiet downtime after work. The household is friendly and respectful. We’re happy to have a chat or share the odd meal, but everyone also values their own space.

Location is a big plus. The house is on the bus route to Britomart, with two bus stops just steps away. It is also only minutes from the Northern, Upper Harbour and SH18 motorways, making it handy for the city, Albany, Glenfield, Wairau and surrounding areas.

We also have a dog named Mocha. She won’t be around unless you want her around.

Would suit someone clean, respectful and easy-going who’s looking for a comfortable home rather than just a room.
