Rent is $400 for a couple $350 as a single. Not a party house. One bedroom available from the 17th of March. Private family home, lovely gardens, patios. Parks and bus stops within walking distance. No smokers, no pets as there is no fencing and there are 4 cats that live here who will not take kindly new pets. You must like cats as you will have one of them living with you. We are looking for roomies who are the right fit. Being: kind, warm, considerate and respectful of one another. Not looking domineering personalities. Living areas are shared and everyone needs to get along happily without tension or conflict effortlessly co-exisiting in a home.
Rent is to be paid weekly from the day you move in and bond is required at the same time.

Three friendly roomies. Keep to ourselves when we are busy studying but up for a chat here and there and a weekly dinner together would be an option. Two uni students, and a home maker. We are creative, and care about our home aesthetic. Gardening is important as the backyard and gardens are quite big. We are clean and tidy, big animal lovers and go for daily walks which you are welcome to join.
