Looking for responsible, clean, respectful roomies.

2 bedroom granny flat with living area, kitchenette, own kitchen with gas cook top and bathroom. It is within a fully appointed 1 year old build, owner occupied but is totally separate. Fridge/freezer available.

Private entrance within a fully gated property.

Located in a quiet area surrounded by bush and green areas. 10 minutes drive from Ormiston shopping mall. 15 minutes drive to motorway.

The flat has its own power meter so you pay for what you use. Fibre high speed unlimited internet included and share cost of the water bill.

Owners have 4 friendly dogs. You may see them around but the granny flat is totally separated, they can’t get into your side.

Rent - 2 weeks in advance, 4 weeks bond.
