Renting Room or entire 2-bedroom house. Raumati Beach, Hillcrest Road

Seeking either a flatmate to rent the 2nd bedroom or 1-2 people to rent the entire house from start of March or soon after.

2nd bedroom: Can fit a queen size bed. Good closet space. $250 per week all expenses included 2 weeks rent bond ($500)

House: $600 per week all expenses included 2-bedroom plenty of ☀️ throughout the day garage 3 hallway closets for storage shower and bath 1 toilet add-on reading room. Fully furnished (negotiable)*

The couple I’m living with are expecting a baby and have found their own place. They move out end of February and at this stage I’m open to remaining at the house or moving out depending on who is interested. If that’s you then please message me.

About the roomies

Me: I’m 32, non-smoker, works for government in town 9-5 M-F, WFH one day a week sometimes, easy going, happy to have a drink and a chat after work. Relatively tidy. Pretty easy to talk to about any issues that arise. Easy going landlord. There is also a neighbourhood cat that stays at the property most days and evenings.
