About the room
Largest room in the house, plenty of natural sunlight, and lots of storage in the bedroom. Property is very large, plenty of parking space, and is secluded, quiet, and peaceful. 12 minute drive to Te Kuiti town centre and 20 minute drive to Otorohanga town centre.
About the roomies
Currently 2 roomies (a couple), one that lives there full time (31 male) and one that lives there part time (27 female) as still living/working in Auckland. Male flatmate is working full time as a dairy farmer in Otorohanga, so is gone most of the day. Female is a nurse working/living in Auckland and is in Auckland 3-4 days a week, so also hardly at the house. There is 1 cat and 1 large dog on the property at the moment, but we are in the process of rehoming the dog. We mostly keep to ourselves, though we always have dinner together in the dinning room and watch the odd movie together on the couch, otherwise we are out and about throughout the daytime or in bed asleep.
