A bright and spacious double room is available in our relaxed, friendly home with off-street parking. We’re not a party house, but we enjoy socialising over dinner or a drink and making the most of our large outdoor deck, perfect for BBQs. We’re looking for a flatmate (mid 20s–40s) who’s friendly, tidy, and easygoing. Open to short- or long-term stays. Rent: $250 per week – bills are additional and work out around $20 per week (power, internet, water, etc.) room can be furnished or unfurnished. Non-smoking house.

You’ll be sharing with two easygoing working professionals (a teacher and an engineer) in our early 30s, one male, one female and Theo, who’s a friendly 1-year-old indoor cat.
