About the room
We have a room to rent in our 3 bedroom house in a heart of Mt Albert, Auckland. Bus stop in front of the house and Mt Albert train station is in 2 mins walk, 10 mins to Unitec university. There are many shops, cafe, bar, restaurants around.
The room is furnished. It has a bed, tall boy, table, chair, closet, heater. The room is located on the second floor and has two windows, so it is always very light and sunny.
You’ll be sharing the house with family of 3 (me, my husband and 2 year old kid). We are quiet and calm, and respect personal space. We both work full time and our kid goes to daycare. We also have a cat.
The house has a heat pump/aircon in living room, fridge, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, dryer.
The cost of moving in is a bond of $460 and $230 room rent in advance. Bills are $30 per week. Expenses will be split each month as they come in.
