Clean, tidy and responsible and employed person preferred. House situated by bus stop, and situated in the middle to all surrounding areas Howick,Pakuranga and Botany just mins away. $200 per week + $40 for expenses water wifi and power.
About the room Is furnished with a bed and draws and lounge chairs or empty whatever you prefer. Decent big room easily fit a double bed.
Preferred flatmate Someone clean , respectful chilled down to earth respects personal boundarys values etc. Working, pays rent on time.
