Short to mid term rental. The house is in great location close to shops, gyms and downtown. You’ll have your own room with double bed and pretty much the whole bathroom for yourself right in front of your room. Bills included (conscious gas and power usage).

I’m a 31 y/o woman working full time. I’m a private person who’s looking for someone responsible, respectful of the house and tidy, working full time. The house is spacious so we can have privacy. I like sharing a beer every now and then but Im mostly low key and value time alone. No parties.
