We are looking for a single (preferably) or couple who are professional workers or students, clean and tidy and who can pay rent on time.

The house has shared kitchen, dining room and a lovely living room with an amazing view of the city. The price includes parking inside the place, bills, building manager and general maintenance of the building.

All the shops are nearby, including supermarkets, gym, gas stations, cafes-restaurants and bud stops.
All roomies are in their mid 30s. We work and we also like to share moments in the house. Very tidy people and we have very high standards regarding cleaning…
