About the room

Hi Everyone!

We have a fully furnished double bedroom ENSUITE available for long-term stay in our house!!! Private terrace overlooking skytower and an amazing view!

We are looking for a single (preferably) or couple who are professional workers or students, clean and tidy and who can pay rent on time.

📍 Location: Parnell 🗓 Available 1 of April

Moving cost: 2 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance.

Ensuite room with private balcony overlooking the skytower, best view of the city! The room it’s big and has been recently repainted. The house has shared kitchen, dining room and a lovely living room with an amazing view of the city. The price includes parking inside the place, bills, building manager and general maintenance of the building.

⛔️It’s not a party house. ⛔️No pets. ⛔️No smoking.

All the shops are nearby, including supermarkets, gym, gas stations, cafes-restaurants and bud stops.

About the roomies

All roomies are in their mid 30s. We work and we also like to share moments in the house. Very tidy people and we have very high standards regarding cleaning…
