The area is near the University of Otago campus and the Otago Polytechnic. We are also near recreational facilities such as Unipol gym and Forsyth Stadium.

The room is a fully furnished room that comes with a double bed and mattress, desk, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, and side table.

The flat has an open living, dining, and kitchen set-up, with the bathroom, toilet, and bedrooms down a hallway.

For power and wifi, we are paying about $60-70per month.

We are looking for someone who is looking to stay for more than this semester, possibly into next year if they are open.

We are all second-year university students studying full-time. We are all clean, chill, easy-going, considerate, and respectful. We all enjoy hanging out together, whether it’s a flat activity, or just quiet lounge time. At this moment in time, we have 3 girls and 1 guy in the flat.
