The house is big, fantastic if you want to have space for friends and family to visit or just your own space.

It’s a 6 bed house (with additional storage in the garage) with 2 dedicated spare rooms and multiple living areas.

Rooms could be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. Each room has built in wardrobe.

Beautiful outdoor spot perfect for summer nights.

Nestled in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. 15 minutes walk to Rototuna shopping centre. 3 minute drive onto the expressway.

Im a working professional. 35 year old sociable, tidy, clean, and respectful guy. Enjoy a good yarn, a board game, day trips, and sports.

3 other flatmates currently are 26, 29, and 32 all working professionals, very friendly.

I have family and friends visit from time to time so the big space is important to me. Your visitors are always welcome too.
