The house is warm and sunny, double glazed, recent build. Lounge is fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor area.
Looking for like-minded people who also value their own space while enjoy having a warm social home and are partial to a movie night ect :)
Close to the ocean & good hiking spots while also being walking distance from a bus route that heads straight into the CBD. The home is a 10min drive from kaiapoi and 20min from central.
Free power Mon-Fri 9PM-12AM. Extra expenses separate to rent -wifi & power. Room can be unfurnished or furnished as needed :)
About the roomies
You’ll be living with two other roommates in their 20s.
We both work, in a climbing gym and in a garden nursery and tend to keep busy outside of that so the house volume tends to come and go.
There’s also a timid cat, but she warms up quickly once she gets to know ya 🐾
