Rent: $270 per week. Includes power internet water Unfurnished room. (Will have curtains put up) Shared bathroom. (If needed I do have a spare single bed available) Looking for someone tidy, respectful of shared spaces, easy going and independent. We work full time & do our own things during the week but don’t mind a few social gatherings from time to time.
