About the room
This property is a 2 story house and has 4 bedrooms and is also only 1 year old. It is situated in te atatu peninsula and is about 5 mins drive from the motorway, there is off street parking in a very safe neighbourhood and there is a bus stop right outside the house with more in the town centre which is about 15-20 mins walk away.
I use 2 rooms for work and sleeping. The ideal roommate can use 1 room for sleeping as it has a single bed and can also fit a desk, or alternatively you can use the other spare room as your work/gaming room for more space. The detached bathroom is technically yours as I have my own one, however it may be used incase guests do come over for whatever reasons.
The living area is shared and there is also a spare downstairs toilet. I also have a deck but it is not furnished.
About the roomies
I am working professional who just bought in to the house. I work from home 2 days a week and am in office the remainder of the 3 days. I try to keep myself busy on the weekends, otherwise I just relax at home. I enjoy going out and hanging with my friends or gaming whenever I can.
