We have a fantastic two-room setup available in our quiet Browns Bay home — ideal for a professional couple wanting space and privacy.

✨ You’ll have the entire top floor to yourselves, making it a very private and separate space within the home.

Your area includes: • Large sunny upstairs bedroom with wardrobes • Own heat pump + double glazing • Second room (currently a home office) — perfect as a private lounge, dressing room or WFH space • Brand newly renovated private bathroom (not shared) • Garden and elevated views • Light, warm feel throughout

💰 $550 per week for both rooms + private bathroom (bills included) Bond: $800 Available from March

This is a shared home (not fully self-contained), but the upstairs level is exclusively yours. Downstairs living areas are shared.

Shared spaces include: • Fully furnished kitchen • Comfortable lounge • Laundry • Large sunny deck

You’ll be living with one easy-going, respectful 20-year-old flatmate. The home is calm, tidy and relaxed — definitely not a party house.

We also have an elderly cat, so you’ll need to be comfortable with pets 🐾

We’re looking for a tidy, independent, full-time working couple who want a peaceful place to call home.
