About the room
Hello, I am a 38 year old Christian female. Who works from home. And I am looking for a room mate to rent out one of the rooms.
I would prefer a full time worker. Preferably female, and if possible also a Christian. To live in a no drug, no alcohol friendly and safe home.
Quiet, clean, tidy, enjoys a joke and respectful of each other. Lovely park just a short walk down the road. Relatively calm and good neighbourhood.
Big front and back yard to share and enjoy. Also plenty space to set up a garden if you would like too.
Rent is $220 and $30 for power. And please organise your own internet.
Move in cost is first week rent up front and two weeks rent as bond. Total $750

It’s just me living here at present. I may be open to pets if you have some. And I am pretty easy going and keep to myself. But I am friendly and like a good joke.
