Hello,

I’m I am a 38 year old Christian female. Who works from home. And I am looking for a room mate to rent out one of the rooms and share this lovely house with me. 😊

There is two rooms you can choose from. One room is small and one room is medium size. Would suit someone who doesn’t have a lot of things.

Small room is $150per week rent with $20 - $30 for power dependant on use.

Medium size room is $180with $20 - $30 for power dependant on use.

I would prefer a full time worker. Preferably female, and if possible also a Christian. To live in a no drug, no alcohol friendly and safe home.

Quiet, clean, tidy, enjoys a joke and respectful of each other. Lovely park just a short walk down the road.

Big front and back yard to share and enjoy. Also plenty space to set up a garden if you would like too.

I am open to dogs and cats as I love animals.

Move in cost is first week rent up front and two weeks rent as bond.
