North facing, nice sunny deck and living areas. Has a double garage so secure parking! Seperate bathroom/toilet. No smokers or animals. I have a cat, she is super friendly and loving. House is homely rather than a party vibe so looking for someone to suit. Available late March, however the spare room could be used initially if needed . Rent: $190 plus power and gas to be split at the end of each month
