Located on the Gulf Harbour marina the double room is fully furnished with en-suite (shower, basin, toilet) and fully fitted exclusive use kitchenette. It has a separate entrance and sunny, private courtyard. Rental includes reasonable use of water, electricity, and internet. Ideally situated on the bus route, an easy stroll to the ferry, beaches and Gulf Harbour shops, restaurants, and cafes, close to Manly and the Whangaparaoa shopping precinct. Prefer long term flatmate, anyone welcome.

Single professional still working full time. Prefer someone that likes/loves cats. Go to gym 3-4 times per week but also enjoy reading, SUP boarding, ocean swimming and spending time at the beach. Also happy to have lazy days reading and relaxing.
