About the room

Available is a large sunny bedroom available in this quiet back section house. The room is currently empty so you can make it your own. Includes a built in wardrobe. Shared kitchen and bathroom. A large deck and garden to enjoy on the sunny days and a woodfire for the not so sunny days. Offstreet parking and quiet neighbours. Looking for someone with fulltime employment. Section isnt fully fenced so no dogs sorry.

About the roomies

Two roomies M32 living in the house and F27 currently in the sleepout but sharing living areas. We are pretty independent but are keen on the odd shared meal. Early starts most mornings so tend to be quiet in the evenings. Not really a party house but keen to have a bit of a laugh or a drink now and then.
