A large back deck to enjoy on the sunny days and a woodfire for the not so sunny days. Offstreet parking and quiet neighbours. Ideally fulltime employed flatemates and no couples.

About the roomies

One homeowner M32 living in the house and flatemate F27 living in the sleepout but sharing living areas. We are pretty independent but could be keen on the odd shared meal. Early starts most mornings so tend to be quiet in the evenings. Also a very elderly cat asleep on the couch most days. Not really a party house but keen to have a bit of a laugh or a drink now and then
