All rooms are fully furnished (Bed, Desk, Chair, Bedside, Heater, Wardrobe/Tallboy drawer, new beding included) Internet, Power, and Gas included Two toilets and two shower rooms Fully insulated and double-glazed window A dishwasher, a washing machine, and a heat pump dryer. Air Fryer, oven, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, large fridge, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, and basic cooking utensils A house manager visits every two weeks to clean the kitchen, living rooms, toilets, and gardens. Digital Door lock for the main door, and a door lock for each room Some cleaning products, including dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, and hand soap, are provided Minimum 3-month contract required (but open to anyone. The rental price includes the electricity and the internet. No additional fee. However, if you use too much electricity/gas due to the free fee, an extra charge will apply
