The house is located on Brodie Street, Ilam. We have four fully furnished bedrooms available in a clean, well-maintained, and sunny home

All rooms are fully furnished (Bed, Desk, Chair, Bedside, Heater, Wardrobe/Tallboy drawer, new beding included)
Internet, Power, and Gas included Two toilets and two shower rooms Fully insulated and double-glazed window
A dishwasher, a washing machine, and a heat pump dryer.
Air Fryer, oven, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, large fridge, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, and basic cooking utensils
A house manager visits every two weeks to clean the kitchen, living rooms, toilets, and gardens.
Digital Door lock for the main door, and a door lock for each room
Some cleaning products, including dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, and hand soap, are provided Minimum 3-month contract required (but open to anyone. Let’s discuss) Ideal for CCEL students, UC Students, or full time workers
No smokers, no pets, no party

The house is very close to CCEL, the University of Canterbury, and New World
The rental price includes the electricity and the internet. No additional fee. However, if you use too much electricity/gas due to the free fee, an extra charge will apply

Everything is ready for you. Just bring your clothes and settle here
I can pick you up at the airport and help you move in without any fee
