2x rooms available Large sunny room $270 and smaller room $230 with large wardrobes, both available now, Close to bus routes, 5 minutes drive to Glenfield/Northcote/Birkenhead and on also to motorway on a good morning! I have almost just about everything for the house, so all you need to bring is your bedroom furniture. This is not a party house, its a place to come home chill out, relax, study, or whatever. No pets, outside smokers ok, Must be working and no couples.
About the roomies
Its just me here at the moment and the house is 4x bedrooms but the room downstairs is very small and currently set up for guests to stay and crash if needed. I am 50ish male enjoy socialising and cooking. but also like my own space and respect flatmates liking their own space too. I like to think of this place, as a place of solitude after a hard days work, just being able to come home and relax.
