Shared living space, and all other bedrooms on the upper level. Pool. Slightly wild garden. Quite cul-de-sac street with easy on-street parking (I have filled the driveway sorry)

I’m an Architect in my 50’s, and my 13 year old daughter stays one weekend a month. Non smoker. I own the house. Pretty active - garden, run, cycle, sail, and fly gliders. Happy to share meals from time to time if that works. House comes with cat (the real owner).
