About the room
Hello!
We are looking for a flatmate to fill our single room in Epsom.
This is a 3 story bougie town house with a backyard , 2 balconies , fully equipped kitchen, an additional toilet in the living room and comes fully furnished so you will only need to bring your bedroom furniture (my flatmate is also selling her furniture in case you need it). The room has enough space to fit a queen bed + a desk and has a wardrobe. It only shares bathroom with one flatmate.
The house is located in Owens Road, super close to the motorway, public transport, 15 min walking from Newmarket and 20min from the Mount Eden and has free parking in the street.
Rent is $235 + bills that are split equally at the end of the month (aprox $25 weekly) and bond is 4 weeks.
About the roomies
We’re 2 latinos (me from Argentina 🇦🇷 and another guy from Chile🇨🇱 ) and a Belgian 🇧🇪 guy in our 30s full time workers. We are normally doing our own things during the week but we also like sharing some cheeky drinks, dinners or going for outings like hikes or beach days over the weekends (not a party house).
