This is a warm, sunny house in Raumati South with stunning views to the east and west. The beach and local cafes are in walking distance There are two rooms available in the house, both included in the rent. The rooms can be furnished or unfurnished, as needed. There is also space in the garage for storage or workshop activities.

I am a teacher at a local school, and looking for someone to replace my wonderful house mate who recently moved into her own home. I am looking for someone who is quiet, considerate, clean and tidy whilst also being easy going.
