About the room

Lovely furnished queen room in a gorgeous home located in a quiet cul de sac. Two minute walk to the Carmichael Reserve, great for walks and good biking tracks into town. Available for ONE person. The price includes bills but we would need to discuss if there is a large increase to power.

About the roomies

I’m young at heart, semi retired. Moved over from the uk in 2003. Have 3 grown up kids. I regularly go to the gym, cycle, hike, run …. enjoy keeping active. I enjoy travelling, cooking and catching up with friends. I have a border (25 years) who is here until June (working on the new road). He’s great and has been a perfect border; always respectful, tidy and polite :-)
