About the room

Located within 5 minutes to railway station and bus stops, plus a easy 10 minute walk to central Upper Hutt. Small single room recently painted. Fully furnished with king single bed, desk drawers and built in wardrobe. Rent includes power and internet only. Potential to upgrade to larger room ($250pw) in 3 or so months.

About the roomies

Quiet, relaxed home sharing with me (owner) , a semi-retired artist who leads a creative quiet life with 2 rescue dogs. I’m home 80% of the time usually making/ creating something. Don’t tend to sweat the small stuff, just like an easy, calm dramafree homelife. Currently have an international student till 19 March and an international visitor staying approx 3 months. Did I mention the 2 large rescue dogs, my babies! Important to me that home and all living here are happy and treated with care and respect:)
