About the room
We are looking for a person or couple to move into our 2-bedroom flat from 1st May (can be flexible) as current flatmates have bought a house. The lease is monthly and rolling.
The room is a large bedroom with private en-suite, Walk-in wardrobe, Triple-glazed windows. It has a heat pump in the room and comes unfurnished
The flat has a Downstairs toilet, Open-plan living, kitchen, lounge. The Washer, dryer, fridge, and dishwasher included . There is a single car garage and plenty of storage along with plenty of off-street parking (untimed). Downstairs is half furnished (will need to get a couch and TV as they belong to flatmates that are leaving)
We are part of a complex which means we get access to the complex amenities including a Gym, spa, sauna and swim spa which can be used at any time.
The flat is located right on the edge of Hagley Park making it a very convenient central location. Close to town, the hospital and Riccarton mall. Ideal for people working in town or the hospital
About the roomies
You will be living with a couple both mechanical engineers. Andrew is 24 and works in industry and Jordan is 24 completing her PhD at UC). We are pretty quiet and very respectful of shared space, but happy to have the occasional movie or games night. We do a lot of walking around the park and travel occasionally for work. We are looking for clean, tidy, and respectful flatmates who are around the same age as us. No pets sorry. Power and WiFi are approximately $80 per person per month.
